· Selling retail products, goods and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets. · Handling customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features to ensure a smooth sales process · Building strong relationships with customers to developing long-term customer loyalty. · Coordinating with other sales representatives in the same store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality. · Implementing day-to-day workflow (opening hours, checklist, deposits and paper work) to achieve established goals |
