Raya Smart Buildings - Subsidiary from Raya Holding for Investments, is hiring for one of its business units, Raya Modern Veihcles - Electra by Raya - located in El-Sheikh Zayed City:
Role Purpose
Provide quotation, tender, CRM, and order administration support to ensure rapid and compliant sales execution
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and tender submissions; ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
- Maintain price lists, discount matrices, and Stock Keeping Units; coordinate with Finance on tax and payment terms.
- Own CRM data quality; create dashboards, weekly pipeline and bookings reports.
- Process order bookings; coordinate with Operations for delivery & installation dates.
- Manage contract repository; monitor expiries and warranty documents.
- Coordinate with Technical operations the sales request progress till it is up and running
Skills Description
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets; CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics); document control
- Tender administration; proposal formatting; basic commercial terms
