Job Description
- Prepare cost sheets for foreign and local materials.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis reports and explain deviations clearly.
- Analyze process costing to determine and update standard costs.
- Prepare monthly cost accounting entries.
- Set and monitor Manufacturing Overhead (MOH) budgets and track actual vs. budget.
- Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and implement necessary updates.
- Monitor consumables usage against standards and provide justifications for variances.
- Track monthly production and compare actual vs. planned output.
- Review job orders and identify production cost variances.
- Present financial and costing insights to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and effective manner.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing data.

o Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
