Senior Executive (Sales Support)

• ·        Contact potential and existing customers using prepared scripts to inform them about products or services and generate initial interest.
• ·        Resolve customer inquiries regarding products or company details to ensure clear communication and support the decision-making process.
• ·        Qualify customer requirements through targeted questioning to align solutions with their needs and successfully close sales.
• ·        Transfer high-potential prospects to the field sales team to ensure complex leads are handled by the appropriate sales channel.
• ·        Maintain the customer database by entering and updating profiles to ensure data accuracy and support future marketing efforts.
• ·        Execute order processing in an accurate and timely manner to facilitate smooth transactions and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• ·        Address customer grievances with professional conflict-resolution techniques to mitigate dissatisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
• ·        Maximize sales efforts through proactive outreach and follow-ups to meet established quotas and facilitate future revenue growth.
• ·       Document call logs and sales notes containing useful information to maintain comprehensive records for performance tracking and strategy refinement.

What will you need?

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.

·       Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience.
