Job Description
What will you do?
· Lead and oversee daily reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple channels to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records.
· Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies in transaction reports, chargebacks, and refunds by coordinating cross-functional teams to prevent financial losses and ensure swift closure.
· Develop, prepare, and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports to provide clear visibility into payment gateway operations and support senior management decision-making.
· Manage relationships with banks and external payment service providers to ensure optimal settlement terms, timely fund transfers, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
· Drive collaboration with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to proactively identify and resolve systemic reconciliation mismatches and root causes.
· Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within settlement and reconciliation functions to reduce manual errors, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
· Oversee and manage escalated settlement complaints and payment gateway disputes in coordination with customer service and IT teams to guarantee swift resolution and maintain operational excellence.
· Mentor and guide junior team members on reconciliation best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
· Apply reporting controls and maintain supporting documentation across all MIS outputs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Skills Description

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: 1-2 Years’ experience in any related field.
