Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Senior Executive (Treasury).

What will you ?

• Manage and monitor the company’s funding portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization of both direct and indirect financing instruments.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of direct lending structures, including OVD (Overdraft Facilities), STLs (Short-Term Loans), MTLs (Medium-Term Loans), leasing, factoring, and discounting.
• Handle indirect and off-balance-sheet funding instruments, such as Sukuk, securitization structures, and asset offloading transactions, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare, review, and validate detailed loan calculation sheets, including principal, interest, amortization schedules, and associated fees.
• Liaise with funding entities (banks and financial institutions) to audit and reconcile loan calculations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Apply strong knowledge of credit and debit principles to ensure accurate recording and classification of treasury transactions.
• Oversee and execute interest calculation and accrual processes for various loan types, ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Record treasury transactions within Oracle ERP, including loan drawdowns, repayments, interest accruals, and adjustments, in line with accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury, including reconciliations and reportings.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial data.

What will you need?

• -          Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CTP) are a plus.
• 2-3 Years of experience in a treasury related job.
• Deep understanding of funding instruments, including both direct and indirect financing tools.
• Strong expertise in treasury accounting, including interest calculations and loan accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of debit and credit concepts.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and treasury management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, cash flow forecasting).
