Job Description

 

1. Credit Application Processing

  • Review and process credit applications submitted from branches and sales channels
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of customer documents and application data
  • Ensure all required documents are collected in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Validate customer information through internal systems and approved verification tools

2. Credit Assessment Support

  • Perform initial assessment of customer eligibility based on approved credit criteria
  • Review customer profiles, income documents, liabilities, and repayment capacity
  • Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the concerned teams (Fraud, Risk, or Credit Policy)
  • Ensure compliance with delegated authority matrix and approval workflow

3. System & Data Validation

  • Accurately input and update customer data within the system
  • Ensure consistency between physical documents and system records
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies before submission for final approval

4. Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure all cases comply with:
  • Internal credit policies
  • Operational procedures
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and documents
  • Support compliance reviews and audit requirements when requested

 

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with branches, sales teams, customer service, and supporting departments to resolve pending issues
  • Follow up on missing documents or required clarifications
  • Support smooth communication between operational units involved in the credit cycle

Skills Description

What will you need?

·        Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

·       Experience: Minimum

o   2-3 years of credit senior, team leader, or job work experience in a recognized Consumer Finance & Financial Services.

o   1 year of experience in a leadership role

·       Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
    • Good understanding of credit and operational procedures
    • Time management and multitasking abilities
    • Effective communication and coordination skills
    • Problem-solving mindset

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems

o   In-depth knowledge of the CF’s credit procedures and policies

o   Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
