Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Specialist (Costing)

What will you do?

·       Develop and maintain product costing models for all manufacturing lines to ensure accurate cost tracking and analysis.

·       Establish standard costing systems and conduct variance analysis to monitor operational performance and cost deviations.

·       Perform cost analysis between budgeted and actual figures to support financial control and decision-making.

·       Lead the allocation of production overhead costs to ensure accurate product costing and reporting.

·       Analyze labor efficiency and material costs to identify variances and improve operational effectiveness.

·       Prepare costing reports for management to support strategic planning and financial evaluation.

·       Identify cost optimization opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

·       Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on costing and budgeting activities.

·       Mentor junior costing staff to support team development and strengthen costing capabilities.

What will you need?

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       4-7 years in product costing or manufacturing accounting

·       Manufacturing/advanced manufacturing sector experience

·       Excel, Oracle EBS, Power BI/Tableau

·       IFRS and cost accounting knowledge.
