Senior Store Keeper (Warehouse)

• ·        Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including receiving, quality inspection, labeling, storage, cycle counts, and physical stock-takes, to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal stock availability.
• ·        Maintain and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system to ensure data integrity and accurate stock visibility.
• ·        Reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances to maintain accurate reporting and operational reliability.
• ·        Monitor inventory levels against predefined reorder points and coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure the uninterrupted availability of materials and minimize stock shortages.
• ·        Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, material handling, and issuing processes to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
• ·        Analyze warehouse space utilization and implement storage optimization initiatives to maximize capacity, accessibility, and operational productivity.
• ·        Maintain documentation for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• ·        Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards to maintain an audit-ready warehouse environment.
• ·        Implement inventory security and loss prevention measures to minimize stock damage, theft, and deterioration.
• ·        Monitor and control sensitive and high-value inventory items to ensure enhanced protection and accountability.

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

o   Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to handle complex stock reconciliation, analyze inventory turnover rates, and manage high-value material flows.
