Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Service Engineer

What will you do?

• Provide updates to the customer service team or CRM system on the status of repair or maintenance jobs to ensure that any delays or issues are promptly communicated to customers or other relevant parties.
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and diagnosing basic issues in golf carts, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in tracking workshop inventory and monitoring materials usage to ensure adequate stock levels and contribute to cost-effective workshop operations.
• Follow all workshop safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during the repair and maintenance of golf carts, helping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in documenting and processing warranty claims according to company procedures, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Support senior team members in coordinating with suppliers for parts and technical support to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of necessary components.

What will you need?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry, with exposure to golf carts or similar vehicles being an advantage.
• Familiarity with automotive or golf cart systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
