- Proactively identifies sales leads and educates in-market customers on product
functionality and service, investigates and resolves issues that are reported on
social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially
abusive content. - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, define the most
important social media KPIs - Manages and oversees social media content, and measures the success of every social media campaign
- Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, uses social media marketing tools
- Works with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and
appealing - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
- Provides constructive feedback, adheres to rules and regulations
