Job Description
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across business processes.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
- Monitor and measure process KPIs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories.
- Align product development with business strategy and customer needs
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure product delivery and enhancements
- Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.

Prepare and present project plans, progress reports, and statusupdates to management.
Skills Description

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

3-4 years of relevant experience in the same field

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
