Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Supermarket, Large Grocery & Online Sales Manager
What will you do?
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Supermarket,
Large Grocery, and Online channels.
• Manage relationships with key retail chains and e-commerce partners.
• Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and commercial terms with
customers.
• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability across all assigned
channels.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends and customer
insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing on promotional campaigns and product
launches.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and on
time delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
Skills Description
What will you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a
related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
• Minimum 3 years managing Modern Trade, Key Accounts, or Online Sales.
Experience dealing with major retail chains and e-commerce platforms is
preferred.
