Job Description
- Ensure that internal procedures are regularly reviewed and updated in line with new instructions issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), or as required internally to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure alignment with evolving business needs and legal requirements
- Assist in the preparation of Compliance Department reports for submission to the Compliance Manager to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support strategic compliance oversight
- Monitor the timely submission of all mandatory reports and responses by relevant departments to the FRA or other competent authorities; oversee outsourcing activities and prepare related compliance reports to ensure regulatory deadlines are met and third-party activities remain in compliance with applicable standards
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries from branches, ensuring adherence to regulatory instructions to resolve issues efficiently and uphold compliance standards at the operational level
- Ensure that all new and existing products, operational procedures, and marketing materials comply with current laws and regulations, including transparency requirements with customers to protect customer interests, enhance corporate integrity, and reduce regulatory risk
- Support the development and delivery of regulatory compliance inspection reports to identify potential non-compliance issues and support continuous improvement in internal controls
- Provide compliance guidance and formal opinions to all business units regarding their regulatory obligations to ensure consistent application of compliance requirements across all lines of business
- Participate in the drafting and implementation of company policies and procedures related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) to build a robust AML/CTF framework that aligns with regulatory standards and mitigates financial crime risk
- Ensure effective implementation of customer risk classification processes from an AML perspective to facilitate proper risk assessment and application of due diligence measures

- Deliver training programs to AMAN Co. staff on AML, CTF, and updated compliance policies and procedures to enhance staff awareness and ensure compliance culture is embedded across the organization
Skills Description
CAMS, CCO and any other professional Certifications related AML / Compliance or Governance (is preferable)

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
|
5 years of experience in the Compliance & Governance Sector
1 year of experience in a supervisory role
