Job Description

·         Ensure a smooth and complete handover of newly acquired merchants to the RTL team, maintaining merchant satisfaction and continuity of service

·         Distribute POS devices to new target locations based on company’s strategic priorities and market requirements

·         Achieve monthly targets for the distribution of new POS devices in line with company policies and objectives to support revenue growth

·         Take full accountability for POS devices from receipt at the company warehouse through to successful delivery to the merchant, ensuring completion of all required documentation and contracts

·         Adhere to company policies during all customer interactions, maintaining a professional appearance and respectful behavior while conducting fieldwork

·         Proactively identify new potential outlets to expand the company’s POS network and market presence

·         Ensure merchants consistently receive high quality service to support satisfaction and long-term loyalty

·         Supervise and support field staff in the distribution and installation of POS devices, ensuring compliance with operational standards and timelines

·         Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to drive productivity and maintain high service quality

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support) to resolve issues, streamline handover processes, and ensure merchant satisfaction

·         Analyze distribution data and field performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

·         Acquire new leads initially coming from Business Finance Business unit.

Skills Description

·         Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent intermediate education level.

·         Experience:

o    5-6 years of experience in the same field.

o    1 year of experience in a leadership role.

·         Technical Proficiency:

o    Ownership

o    Functional Skills

o    Ideas presentation and Taking initiative

o    Continuous Learning

o    Strong organizational and time management skills
