What will you do?
• Configure, design and administrate Managed Services Applications (Ex. AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP)
• Implement, Support & Administer Mail services and mail filters products and provide day-to-day troubleshooting of user and Applications problems
• Implement and configure administration, monitoring and reporting tool (ex. TMG, SCOM, SCCM and WSUS)
• Manage and administrate backup solutions (veeam, backup exec, …etc)
• Administer, support SQL Databases and develop new Reports using SQL reporting service
• Monitor the effectiveness of SLA/KPIs to deliver continual service improvement Ensure quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
• Identify, test new software and implement changes within the team to ensure readiness to new service offerings and Contribute proactively to new service development
• Provide input into the divisional strategy with particular focus into opportunities to grow and/or enhance the service offered
• Provide continuous feedback and repots to the Applications Section Head regarding the priorities and status of work being performed within specified areas of the IT department
• Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied by following the ISMS policies, procedures and all other ISMS requirements”

Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Systems Administration
• Excellent knowledge of Saas service
• Excellent knowledge by backup solutions
• +2 years experience.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
