Tenant & Guest Relations Section Head

Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya holding for financial investments posts the below job vacancy:-

1. Establish and maintain effective means of communication and hospitable environment with tenants ex; A monthly/ Bi-monthly meeting should take place with the owners or their delegates to explore their needs and challenges
2. Enforce rules & regulations on all tenants with particular focus on operating hours, delivery schedule, waste removal, promotional signs & other related issues
3. Provide information about facilities, programs and other services
4. Develop and follow a creative way to ease the permissions cycle including the potential exception process in case of urgency
5. Conduct a quarter survey then make an action plan for an improved tenants' results
6. Manage a big team of guest contact employees
7. Compile the audit findings and plan for constructive actions

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry (Working in a shopping center is a plus)
• Experience in working  with ERP and MS Office software
• Leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• BA/BSc in Hospitality٫ Business or a related field
