Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an Internal Communications & Engagement Graduate Intern.

What will you do?

• Support the Total Rewards team in maintaining compensation and benefits programs by assisting with salary structures, benefits administration, policy documentation, and Total Rewards records across the Raya portfolio.
• Assist in HR analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting offer pay calculations during the recruitment process.
• Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends to identify best practices and support the continuous enhancement of Raya's Total Rewards strategy.
• Provide administrative and coordination support by assisting with employee compensation inquiries, maintaining medical and life insurance documentation, and liaising with HR Business Partners and external vendors.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives by coordinating wellness programs, medical campaigns, mental wellbeing webinars, and other employee engagement activities while contributing ideas for process improvements.

What will you need?

• Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Human Resources and Total Rewards principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Previous internship, volunteering, or academic project experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or Business Administration is considered an advantage.
