Job Description
- Train and guide new employees to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Responsible for daily coaching visits to stores based on the training strategy to collect sales observation sheets which will affect the ROI of training.
- Travel to remote areas to deliver on-the-job training and classroom training to assess and develop interpersonal and selling skills of the direct sales team.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions and design effective training programs to keep the new employees on track and enhance the performance of old employees.
- Maintain an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods to have the ability to deal with different recipients.
- Gather feedback\assessment forms from trainees after each session to measure the ROI
