تنظيف و تقديم ادوات الاغذيه و المشروبات بطريقه احترافيه و بسيطه

• Understand all food & beverage items and explain them to guests in a proficient way

علي درايه كافيه باساسيات الاغذيه و المشروبات و شرحها للزوار بمهاره

• Anticipate and service guests needs, before they arise

 علي مستوي عالي من التركز مع الزوار لكي يقدم لهم احتياجاتهم بدون ان يبحثوا عنه

• Ensure full guest satisfaction to establish return guests and an exceptional place of venue

 التاكد من رضاء الزوار علي الخدمه المقدمه لضمان عودته مره اخري

• Complete opening and closing duties to ensure sufficient mise-en-place is on hand, set-up and break-down is completed and the outlet and it’s work areas are clean and tidy

مسؤول عن  مهام فتح و غلق و نظافه المطعم قبل و بعد فتح المطعم و التاكد من كافه التحضيرات. 

• Utilize the POS system in a competent and accurate way and handle all financial aspects in a lawful and ethical method, accordingly to the guidelines.

استخدام نظام  مكينه محاسبه العميل بطريقه صحيحه مع مراعاه كل اللوائح الماليه علي نحو قانوني طبقا للمعايير.

• Communicate (verbally or in writing) in a polite, respectful, and efficient mode to all concerned parties

التواصل  الفعال باحترام و ادب مع جميع الجهات

• Respond properly to emergency or safety situations

الاستجابه للحالات الطارئه و المواقف التي تتعلق بالامان و السلامه بالطريقه الصحيحه كما ينبغي

• Support your team and counter-parts in any way possible, accordingly to the business needs

• Able to serve any kind of food and beverage and explain them accordingly

القدره علي تقديم انواع الاغذيه و المشروبات المختلفه و شرح مكوناتها

• Knowledge and Care about food and beverage products and it’s required equipment

يجب ان يكون علي درايه و معرفه بالاغذيه و المشروبات و ادواتها اللازمه للاستخدام

• Able to stand, walk, carry, lift and physical help others throughout the 9 hour shift

ان يكون قادر علي الوقوف ، المشي، حمل الاشياء و مساعده الاخرين خلال مده عمله
